 Mitra was Lara Croft's live-action actress, and Mitra was in the role of Lara Croft as Mitra. Angelina Jolie was cast in the role of Angelina Jolie in the Tomb Raider movies (2001-2003). Mitra also starred as Major Eden Sinclair in 2008's science action/fantasy film Doomsday. Mitra, who is often misidentified as Caryn Parkerson in some databases she made her debut on Underworld Rise of the Lycans in 2009. In 2009 she was cast in the role of Sonja who was the strong vampire younger Viktor. As she was filming, she became attracted to her vampire fangs even refusing to remove them when they could not be recognized. "I set up the fangs on the very first day. It was a bit odd. I kept them in throughout the entire filming process as well as every line of dialogue. Stargate Universe also featured her in three episodes.
