Ariel was born 14 December 1987 in Unalakleet, America, to Jim Tweto & Freno Tweto. Ariel Eva Tuadraq Atauchaq Tweto was her birth name at the time she was born. Alya Tweto was her younger sister. They met while her father played pro hockey in Alaska in an attempt to draw more attention to the sport. Era Alaska was founded by her father and mother after he fell in love. Ariel and Alya grew up within Nome Census Alaska. She went to Emerson College and then graduated in communications from Chapman University in Southern California. Ariel was an infant actress when she was first seen in Wipeout. When Ariel was required to explain the pole she couldn't see however, it was in plain sight, she became famous. The curiosity shown by the public for the girl's story prompts the producers to reach out to the Tweto family to do the show on their life within the Alaskan wilderness. Jim Tweto who is the father of the girl initially is not convinced but eventually agrees for cameras to be set up into the work place. He is a bush pilot and continues to run his own aviation business known as Era Alaska. Flying Wild Alaska from Discovery Channel is a well-loved reality program that brought Tweto's aviation challenges into focus. For many Americans the challenge of surviving in a place that echoes earlier days of the Wild West is riveting. Human struggle against harsh nature inspires fans to rejoice with the Twetos when they win and feel for them during the loss. Jim as the pilot in the bush and Ferno in the management of things on the ground ensures that the Tweto clan are never devoid of excitement. The only thing missing is Ariel's upbeat character. As Ariel's parents Jim and Ferno both pilots it's only natural that Ariel took an interest in flying from an early time. Flying Alaska, the 2011-2012 series will follow Ariel through her journey to become a pilot licensed. After her father's retirement, she will assume the helm of the family's business. Alaskans are concerned about the increase of sevenfold in the rate of suicide among teens as compared to national norms. Ariel created a non-profit organization known as Popping Bubbles to help educate youngsters about depression and ways to overcome it.
